Rooms are subject to availability. We reserve the right to alter our rates at any time to meet financial circumstances. All accommodation and other incidentals will be paid for before the guest departs the premises of Aztec Motel. We reserve the right to debit your account for any items missing from your unit following checkout.
All deliberate and reckless acts that result in damage to Aztec Motel property or the requirement of specialist cleaning will have the value of such damage/cleaning charged to the registered guest at the first opportunity. This includes smoking or vaping in units and odorous cooking.
Security camera footage will be released to the authorities if criminal activity is suspected.
Aztec Motel does not take local bookings. We also do not do WINZ quotes or accept emergency housing requests.
Management reserves the right to evict any person who is disturbing other guests. Visitors must leave by 10pm.
Once you have made a confirmed reservation with us, rooms are held for your exclusive occupation and are guaranteed. Due to the nature of our business, we apply the above policies, as cancellations, damage to rooms and slow or non-payment of accounts affect us significantly

If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours (8am - 8.00pm), please inform us in advance.
Check-In Instructions: Early check-in and late check out by arrangement only. Identification is required upon check-in.
A valid credit card number or bond maybe held as security on the room account.
Cancellations: Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made at least 24 hours prior to the check-in date.
A late cancellation fee of $50 may apply. In case of 'no show,' the total price of one night’s accommodation will be charged.
Children & Extra Beds: Child under 5yrs sharing an existing bed is free of charge

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Internet: Free WiFi is available in all areas.
Parking: Allocated car parking in front of the unit. Visitor and extra guest parking is to the right hand rear of the property. Parking is at your own risk.
